Our romantic getaway at Chilterns View was perfect! The lodge was beautifully designed with stunning views of the countryside. We loved watching shooting stars from the private hot tub in the evenings and cozying up in front of the woodburner. Rachel was extremely accommodating, even leaving us a bottle of prosecco and a bicycle pump when my boyfriend's tire burst. Can't wait to visit again soon. highly recommended!

It was easy to cook in a private kitchen. A few steps away from nuffield place, only 3 km. Option with free parking for exploring Wallingford by car. We enjoyed everything:)))

The local area offered stunning scenery and interesting history, with friendly locals who made us feel welcome. We also took advantage of the clay pigeon shooting, which was an unforgettable experience with a fantastic instructor. I highly recommend Chilterns View for a peaceful and enjoyable getaway.

Astonishing view, quiet and private setting. Perfect for birdwatching. Terrific hostess, Rachel, enhances the stay. Stunning getaway, feels remote despite close proximity to London and Oxford. BBQ, hot tub, hammock, luxury bathroom, and decor are all wonderful. Fabulous uninterrupted views. Complete rest and relaxation.

The outdoor activities were amazing! I hiked, cycled, and even tried my hand at nordic walking in the stunning green surroundings. Plus, the lodge had a picnic area and barbecue grills for some good ol' outdoor fun.

Oh, and let's not forget about the luxurious soundproof walls. that conveniently blocked out the noise of the non-existent entertainment at the lodge.
